Traditionally, essential stories of human and animal suffering have been delivered in newspapers and magazines, paid for with cover charges and advertising revenue.  But this model is changing.

Advertising revenue in print media is rapidly declining, dropping by $7.5 billion in 2008 alone.  Is internet advertising the answer?  Apparently not.  The surge of ad revenue over the past few years is leveling off, as advertisers are recognizing that the pay-off is not what was originally expected.

While advertisers, who account for hundreds of billions of dollars spending every year, look for alternative ways to get their products in front of customers, children are begging in the streets, thousands are dying from curable diseases, and household pets are being found, barely alive, tied up inside bags in garbage heaps.

How will the One Life Foundation fund its important work?
  • We will work with those advertisers, providing them with a new vehicle to deliver their marketing messages, while benefiting victims everywhere.
  • We will work with corporate social responsibility programs, giving companies the credit they deserve for the contributions they make.
  • We will work with philanthropists who recognize the rapidly growing need for our alternative reporting methods.
  • And we will work with individuals who wish to purchase from our store, all proceeds from which go to One Life projects.
Whatever it takes, the One Life Foundation will generate the funds required to support our work.
